Fire Relief Fund Employee Application

As San Francisco State University works to support its faculty and staff who have been impacted by the fires in the North Bay, we are eager to find a way to provide resources to those in need. This relief fund, made possible by donations to The University Corporation, SF State, is for employees who lost their homes in the recent wildfires in Sonoma County and surrounding areas. Current employees are invited to apply by filling out and submitting this form.

Students impacted by the loss of their home due to the recent wildfires in Sonoma County and surrounding areas may apply for assitance through the SF State HOPE Fund. Students may contact the Office of the Dean of Students with questions, (415) 338-3888.  

About the Relief Fund

Relief Funds Availability: Please note, relief funds will be disbursed based on gifts received; there is no certainty of relief funds being available.

Selection and Notification: Once applications are submitted, they will be screened and processed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved for relief funds, you will be notified by email.
