Food Trucks

UCorp is committed to enhancing the campus dining experience by providing a variety of food trucks during the fall and spring semesters. Our goal is to offer convenient and delicious meal options that cater to the diverse tastes of our students and staff. With a weekly updated schedule, we ensure that each visit introduces new and exciting food choices for everyone to enjoy.

Weekly Schedule

The Fall 2026 Food Truck Program starts Tuesday, August 25, with two food trucks on campus every Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The food trucks will be located at Centennial Walkway, between the Humanities Building and the Fine Arts Building.

Blends Mexican and Filipino-inspired fusion fare. Signature items include Longanisa Tacos and Sisig Burrito.

The Chef's Truck

Serves gourmet California-style street food. Popular items include Dungeness Crab Cake Sandwich and Chef’s California Burrito.

Sam's Chowder Mobile

Delivers gourmet seafood favorites inspired by East Coast classics. Popular items include Maine Lobster Roll and New England Clam Chowder.

Curveball

Specializes in creative sliders and comfort food classics. Signature items include Curveball Slider and Screwball Fried Chicken Slider.

Request for Special Event

We partner with approved food truck vendors to serve the SFSU community at campus events. Students, staff, and faculty can request food trucks through us, and we will handle the coordination. Please submit the Food Truck Special Event Request Application at least two weeks before your event.
